Mary Conley
Mary Conley is a yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner. Introduced to sound healing through her yoga training, Mary was naturally drawn to study more on the ancient art and the science that supports it. She began offering group sound baths virtually during the height of the pandemic and has been leading them in person regularly since the lifting of restrictions has allowed. Witnessing the powerful relaxation, healing and meditative experiences participants share has been deeply inspiring and rewarding.
