About the Instructors
Em Keen is a yoga and mindfulness teacher with over a decade of experiencing teaching classes, workshops, events and retreats that connect people more deeply with themselves and the world around them. Her classes teach students of all ages how to reclaim control over the quality of their life through small intentional action steps and perspective shifts. Mindfulness and nature are incredible tools for self-discovery, growth and transformation and as an avid hiker and backpacker, Em loves to use the natural world as a teacher and guide for how to live inspired, grounded and aligned. Her classes and workshops are accessible to anyone with a curiosity for what might be possible.
Paul Francis Zegarac
Paul Francis Zegarac is a wellness coach who offers integrative cross-cultural mind, body, and spirit practices to cultivate wellbeing. His passion for learning about health and wellness arose during a dark time he experienced with brain cancer. Since then he has dedicated his life to continue practicing, learning and sharing what has helped him out with as many people as he can.
Mary Conley is a yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner. Introduced to sound healing through her yoga training, Mary was naturally drawn to study more on the ancient art and the science that supports it. She began offering group sound baths virtually during the height of the pandemic and has been leading them in person regularly since the lifting of restrictions has allowed. Witnessing the powerful relaxation, healing and meditative experiences participants share has been deeply inspiring and rewarding.
